How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?

$1735 this is only the base rent, nothing additional included.

What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?

4 BBQs, salt water pool, year-round spa, playground, picnic area, dog park, 24-hour fitness center, resident lounge, covered parking, garages.

Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?

Yes; Pet deposit is $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second; $40 per pet monthly rent; no weight limits. Some breed restrictions apply including resemblance of some breeds.

What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?

12-month lease to start, short term leases are offered after the initial lease.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?

Visit www.terreneliving.com and click "apply now"; Application fee is $39.50 plus $4.33 processing fee; We require 2.5x the rent to income qualify; approval is based on income, credit and background screening.

Is parking available for residents and guests?

Yes; we have open parking which is available for guests and residents, as well as rentable covered parking and garages.

What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?

All utilities are resident's responsibility: water, sewer, and trash are billed in addition to your rent each month; Portland General Electric is required and the account would be created by the resident.

Is the community gated or secured?

No

What makes Natomas Park Apartments unique compared to other apartments in the area?

We have the only salt water pool in Wilsonville, and the newest finished construction in Wilsonville. Our community is spacious with large courtyards throughout. Top of the line maintenance staff!
